Common name: winter savory
Leaf: glossy, dark green, linear to lanceolate leaves, pungent, up to 1" long
Flowers: tiny, white to lilac bilabiate flowers, on terminal spikes in mid to late summer 
Height: 0.5-1'; Spread: 1-1.5'
Habit: low-growing, woody-stemmed, somewhat-shrubby, spreading perennial
Form: mounded
Culture:  Grow in average, well-drained, dry to medium moisture soil. Best in full sun. You can trim back/shear into shape in early spring. Not winter hardy if temperatures dip below -10 degrees Fahrenheit. USDA hardiness zones 6-8.
Uses: Great in an herb garden. Also and excellent specimen for xeroscaping and rock gardens, borders, also good as an edging plant where it can be trimmed an sheared as desired.
