Habit: deciduous shrub; Form: mounded, rounded (upright in youth, wide at maturity)

Culture: Easy to grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soils in full sun. Trim after flowering
Uses: Good for informal hedging, spring interest.
Origin: Western North America
